What an incredible spot to unwind! I visited with my colleagues after a long day of work, and we had an amazing time. The service was exceptional, and the dining atmosphere truly elevated the experience. The menu offers a wide variety, far beyond just pizza. We indulged in delicious pasta and burgers, and for dessert, the lava cake was simply divine as well as drinks. The design and ambiance of the dining area are stunning – you really need to see it for yourself!
Our original plan was to visit the Oak Lawn location but West Town was a central location. The second you step in the door you’re met by staff that is so nice. I recognized Jimmie from Instagram and we spoke with him. He clearly leads his team with niceness. Our food & drinks were exceptional then desert was the icing on the cake. We will be back!!!
Had fun time with my sisters their boyfriends my mom and my brothers The ribs, pizza, burgers, and pasta were cooked to perfection, our waiter was super kind and he deverses a raise I would give this place a solid 100/100 for kind staff, amazing food, good environment, and amazing service Not a bad price for 8 people for 400 (including tip) keep doing y'all's amazing service and last night was our first experience! The mocktail was good as well, would recommend
Wings were bigger and more crispy than other restaurants. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Loaded fries were delicious. Recommend to try the Crazy Bananas if you like churros flavor. Ask for Vivica N. She recommended drinks and dessert.
We’ve haven’t been to Paisans in over a year. Last visit was poor customer service and cold food. We were not happy but decided to give them a second chance and we are very happy that we did. The Manager, Mercedes accommodated our party of 25. She recommended the party package which was a great deal with plenty of food (lots to take home!). Wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks and pizza were delicious. All the waiters were attentive and nice. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for the great service!
I had a great dinning experience with my mom yesterday! Our server was Claudette (i believe that’s how you spell the name!) her attitude was amazing. Her attention to detail was spot on as well! I heard she was a new hire and as someone who comes here semi frequently it was an amazing addition. It was one of the best experiences i’ve had in a restaurant!
I had a late dinner with my coworkers and had wonderful time. Our server name Mercedes recommended the buffalo salad. And it was awesome! And my coworkers ordered some kind of taco dish and a different type of salad. The chicken was tasty and breaded in-house and organic. And I’m not into organic food or even care how the chicken is raised. The atmosphere was 80’s and 90’s music. Inside the restaurant has high ceilings with a small airport suspended from the top. There is a lot of wood and steel layout with old school cars, motorcycles, and bright lighting. The AC was very comfortable and plenty of seating area. I definitely would bring my family in the future.
First time coming here, absolutely fantastic, fast and friendly service from server Alex! Pizza was running a bit late however The most kindest manager Mercedes decided to step forward and notify our table! Absolutely fabulous food and service! True business integrity and hospitality. Glad to see a neighborhood location with class and clean atmosphere. Mercedes and Alex have been a pleasure to meet and do business Save some room for dessert too!
